We include advertising, proactive search, candidate screening and reference checking as standard. We believe that taking the time to conduct a rigorous search and thorough screening & interview process increases the chances of a successful hire, which is good for everyone. 

We charge a flat A$10k success fee regardless of salary or seniority which works out to about half the standard 15% fee most recruiters charge on roles above A$130k.
